Juan Luis Salinas Urrutia is a founder and leader with a solid track record in education, public administration, and business development. With experience as the highest regional authority of the Ministry of Education in La Araucanía, he has led strategic processes across more than a thousand educational institutions. His academic background in business administration and financial management, together with a vision grounded in servant leadership, ethics, and Christianity, enables him to drive innovative solutions with global impact on educational transformation.
A Christian and an authentic, transformational, charismatic, and servant-hearted leader, Juan Luis Salinas Urrutia has strong skills in command, responsibility, connection, communication, and sense of purpose. He is a creator of innovative solutions for education, with broad multisector experience in the academic, public, and private spheres.
He served as Regional Ministerial Secretary, the highest authority of the Ministry of Education in the La Araucanía Region, leading the educational management of 32 municipalities and more than a thousand educational institutions. He has also served as a principal and teacher in secondary schools and university programs.
He has founded companies and developed international trade programs that benefited various organizations in Chile. He also lived and trained in the United States, strengthening his global vision and strategic approach, anchored in Christianity.
He is a Teacher, holds a Master's in Business Administration, a Master's in Business Management and Organization, and a Master's in Corporate Financial Management.
