Miguel Faúndez is the Representative in Texas, United States — a results-oriented project manager, entrepreneur, and visionary leader with more than 20 years of international experience in organizational leadership, consulting, training, and the development of educational initiatives with global impact. His career integrates strategic vision, mentoring, and international academic partnerships, with an approach centered on purpose and long-term projection.
He holds an MBA in Project Management from Dallas Baptist University (Texas, USA), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the same university, and a Coaching Certificate from Creative Results Management (CRM), Singapore — training that has strengthened his strategic approach, his mentoring capabilities, and his vision oriented toward measurable results.
Throughout a career spanning nearly two decades, he has worked closely with educational organizations, universities, and communities in the United States and Latin America, building international academic bridges and guiding students through processes of vocational clarity, strategic planning, and university projection.
As founder and president of TRANSFORMA Education Solutions, he has led the design and implementation of international academic guidance programs, strategic mentoring, and partnerships with foreign universities, with the purpose of helping high school students make informed decisions about their academic and professional future in a globalized environment.
His multicultural experience — with projects developed in more than 60 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America — has allowed him to understand contemporary educational challenges and promote learning models that integrate purpose, leadership, international vision, and academic excellence.
